ABOUT

I’m a Bay Area–based food stylist originally from Sweden, with a foundation in professional kitchens across Europe and the United States. I began my culinary career as a chef in Sweden and Ireland before relocating to the U.S. from Sweden 15 years ago.

After earning a degree in Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in the Bay Area, I went on to work in two Michelin-starred restaurants in San Francisco, where I developed a strong eye for detail, technique, and presentation. Those kitchens shaped how I approach food today—with precision, creativity, and deep respect for the craft.

I later founded a Scandinavian catering company, where I brought the flavors and traditions of my Swedish roots to the Bay Area. During that time, I was introduced to food styling by a fellow Swede in the industry—an opportunity that ultimately changed the direction of my career.

Today, I draw on my culinary training, pastry background, and years of hands-on kitchen experience to create food that is not only visually compelling, but thoughtfully crafted from the inside out.
